REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY > REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

  1. Disengage the 2 front hooks of the seat cushion from the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

    NOTICE:
    Follow the instructions below carefully as the cushion frame deforms easily.


    1. Choose a hook to detach first. Place your hands near the hook as shown in the illustration. Then lift the seat cushion to detach the hook.

    2. Repeat the above procedure for the other hook.

  1. Disengage the 2 guides of the seat cushion from the seatback.

  1. Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.



2. DISCONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the anchor part of the rear center seat belt assembly.



3. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Press the headrest support button and pull up the rear seat headrest assembly RH as shown in the illustration.



4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  1. Press the headrest support button and pull up the rear seat center headrest assembly as shown in the illustration.



5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH
  1. Fold the rear seatback assembly RH forward.

  1. Disengage the fastener.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback assembly RH.



6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK CENTER COVER (for LHD)

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback center cover.



7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover RH.



8. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.



9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET

  1. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seatback stop button grommet.



10. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER

  1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the center armrest hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

11. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the bolt and bush.

  1. Separate the pin and remove the center armrest assembly.

12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

  1. Disengage the 6 clips.

  1. Remove the 16 hog rings.

  1. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  1. Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to disengage the 2 claws (A).

  1. Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to disengage the 2 claws (B) and remove the cover.

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat center headrest supports.

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  1. Remove the rear seatback cover with pad RH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.



13. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the nut and rear center seat belt assembly.
