HINT:
  1. Use the following procedure to troubleshoot the navigation system.

1.VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP

    2.INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE
    1. Measure the battery voltage with the power switch off.

      Standard Voltage:
      11 to 14 V

      If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding to the next step.

    3.DIAGNOSTIC QUESTIONING AND SYMPTOM CONFIRMATION
    1. Ask the customer about symptoms and confirm malfunctions.

      HINT:
      1. Even if the malfunction symptom is not confirmed, check for DTCs. This is because the system stores history DTCs.
      2. Check the DTCs and inspect the area code indicates.
